John Doyle, Henry B. Silsbee Professor of Physics, is the recipient of the [2021 Herbert P. Broida Prize](https://www.aps.org/programs/honors/prizes/prizerecipient.cfm?last_nm=Doyle&first_nm=John&year=2021) of the American Physical Society . The prize recognizes Prof. Doyle “For pioneering work in the field of cold molecules, and for wide-ranging studies of these molecular systems, especially laser cooling, high-precision spectroscopy, and searches for permanent electric dipole moments, providing insight into possible new physics."
